Year 6 Barton Hall Trip

Boys enjoy a trip on the giant swing

Last week, Year 6 went away on their residential trip to Barton Hall in Devon.

Barton Hall is a PGL activity centre which allowed the children to challenge themselves with the activities presented to them. Some of these included: axe throwing, archery, trapeze, giant swing, abseiling, climbing, swimming and sensory trail. For some of the children, this was their first time away from home, so the trip was a massive bonding exercise for them and a chance to gain some independence from their families for the week. The experience also included a campfire and disco as well as learning many new camp songs.
